Design standard of thimble and matching plastic mould
1. The plunger is less than 3 ㎜ with two thimbles.

3. If the small top piece cannot be fixed by screw, please design and position it with pin
4. The R Angle of the top sheet must be designed

8. The thimble plate must have lower guide posts and garbage nails.

10. Try to use a larger thimble (force and life).
11. Avoid using gas cap as much as possible under the premise that the product can be taken off automatically with inclined top.
12. Design concentric core and cavity valve (especially transparent product).
13. Carefully calculate the ejection distance in mold design to avoid insufficient ejection travel.
14. The product without original sample should carefully consider the ejection position and ejection method.
15. The mold of the oil cylinder shall put the oil cylinder on the thimble plate.
16. The valve mounting shall be removed from the bottom up.
17. Try not to screw the core in the push tube, and it must be fixed with the pressure plate.
18. The thimble on the inclined plane and the thimble step are designed to grow into a bar shape to avoid the inconvenience of D shape processing.
