In short:

 

1. First of all, the hardness of materials is required. For some occasions, the higher the hardness of materials, the better. It is only limited to the hardness requirements of machined parts. The machined materials can not be too hard. If they are harder than machined parts, they can not be machined.

 

2. Secondly, the material is moderate in hardness and softness, at least one grade lower than the hardness of the machine parts. At the same time, it depends on what the function of the processed devices is and the reasonable selection of the machine parts.
